With our Google Calendar integration, you can seamlessly add your AI-generated calendar to Google Calendar, keeping all your events in one place. Here are two easy ways to do it:

Two Ways to Add Your Calendar

1 Subscribe via URL (Recommended)

This method automatically keeps your Google Calendar updated whenever events change in your AI calendar.

💡Pro Tip: For Google Calendar, you must select your timezone to ensure events appear at the correct times.

  1. On your calendar page, click the "Share" or "Calendar Options" button

  2. Click "Subscribe via URL"

Check the "Generate URL for Google Calendar" option

Select your timezone from the dropdown menu

  3. Copy the URL provided

  4. In Google Calendar, click the "+" next to "Other calendars"

    Select "From URL"

Paste the URL you copied and click "Add calendar"

Note: Google refreshes subscribed calendars approximately once every 24 hours.

2 Download .ics File

This method imports your calendar events as a one-time snapshot. Any updates to your AI calendar won't automatically appear in Google Calendar.

  1. On your calendar page, click the "Share" or "Calendar Options" button

  2. Click "Download .ics file"

This will download a file with your calendar's name

  3. In Google Calendar, click the gear icon and select "Settings"

  4. Select "Import & export" from the left sidebar

Click "Select file from your computer" and choose the .ics file you downloaded

Select which Google Calendar to add the events to, then click "Import"

Tips & Troubleshooting

Events Appearing at Wrong Times?

  • For URL subscription: Make sure you've selected the correct timezone
  • If the timezone is correct, try unsubscribing and resubscribing to the calendar
  • For .ics imports: Check your Google Calendar's timezone settings

URL Subscription Not Working?

  • Make sure you're using the Google Calendar-specific URL with your timezone
  • Check if your network or firewall is blocking access to the calendar URL
  • Try accessing the URL directly in your browser to verify it's working

Calendar Not Updating?

  • Remember that Google only refreshes subscribed calendars approximately once every 24 hours
  • You can force a refresh by unsubscribing and resubscribing to the calendar
  • For immediate updates, consider reimporting the .ics file

With these methods, you can keep your Google Calendar synchronized with your AI-generated calendar. The URL subscription method is recommended for long-term use as it will automatically update (albeit with Google's 24-hour refresh delay). For one-time imports or if you need immediate updates, the .ics file method works perfectly.
